We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Bar Attendant Part-Time 2 (20 - 48 hours a fortnight) to join our Pearl Room team.
As a Bar Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional beverage service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working within an exclusive gaming environment, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, building strong guest relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
In this role, you'll provide exceptional guest experiences through your genuine care and attention to detail. As well as:
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing attentive and professional table and bar service
- Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards within the bar area
- Processing orders and handling transactions accurately
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

About you
You'll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or customer service environment
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
