The Opportunity
We are seeking reliable and motivated Part-Time Truck Washers to join our team at Brisbane Airport. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of trucks and other vehicles operating on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and detailing the interior and exterior of trucks and vehicles
- Operating pressure washing equipment and other cleaning tools
- Removing rubbish and debris from vehicles
- Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals in accordance with site procedures
- Reporting vehicle faults and completing required records
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Communicating effectively with team members and site stakeholders
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in vehicle or truck washing, commercial cleaning, or a similar role (preferred)
- Ability to safely operate pressure cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A reliable, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work weekday afternoon shifts
Highly Desirable
- Current ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
- Current MR (Medium Rigid) Driver Licence
