About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, takes pride in great coffee, and delivers excellent customer service. You’ll be involved in all aspects of daily operations and be a key part of creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Assist with food preparation and serving (where required)
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including coffee machines, counters, and dining areas
- Restock supplies and assist with stock rotation
- Support the team during busy periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
About You
- Previous barista experience needed
- Confident using a coffee machine and basic latte art (essential)
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts
