What you’ll do:
- Lead and support the team during shifts
- Maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
- Manage daily operations including stock, prep, and cash handling
- Train and guide junior and casual staff
- Ensure smooth service in both front and back of house

- Previous hospitality or leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
