True Coast Painting is a reputable painting company specialising in high-quality residential and industrial painting projects across Gold Coast.
We are looking for leading hand painter to join our team on a full time basis.
What You'll Be Doing
· Completing high-quality residential and industrial painting projects in the Gold Coast
· Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
· Following company systems and established processes
· Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
· Working collaboratively with a professional, supportive team
· Leading role in the team, which involves mentoring, on-site management and occasional quoting for prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
· Certificate III in Painting & Decorating, or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years' onsite painting experience
· Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
· Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to follow systems and work well within a team
· Current Driver's Licence and White Card
Successful candidate will be offered annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation to commensurate with skills and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,102.47 per year
