Sisu Flower is looking for an experienced and passionate florist to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking a florist who can confidently handle all aspects of daily flower shop operations, including:
- Creating high-quality bouquets and floral arrangements
- Managing and preparing online orders
- Assisting walk-in customers and providing excellent customer service
- Driving in-store sales and upselling products when appropriate
- Processing orders through POS and online systems
- Maintaining flower quality and stock presentation
- Receiving and conditioning fresh flower deliveries
- Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
- Assisting with weddings, events, and special orders when required
Requirements
- Previous florist experience is essential
- Strong bouquet and arrangement-making skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure during busy periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence handling both online and in-store orders
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Weekend availability is an advantage
