Casual Position With Opportunity To Go Full-Time
Elite Grout Gold Coast is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our growing team.
This role will begin as a casual position, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right person. A company van will also be offered once fully trained and operating independently. Hourly rate is dependant on experience.
We specialise in high-quality grouting, epoxy grout and silicone work across residential properties throughout the Gold Coast.
About The Role
You’ll be working on a variety of projects including:
- Showers & bathrooms
- Balconies
- Splashbacks
- Pool areas
- General regrouting & restoration work
Most days you’ll follow a scheduled run sheet and work independently, with occasional larger jobs completed alongside a small team.
Once fully trained, you are essentially your own boss on-site — managing your day, following the schedule provided, and completing work to a high standard without constant supervision.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred experience in:
- Silicone application
- Grouting
- Epoxy
- Tiling
- Bathroom or trade-related work
The right person will be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Well presented and professional
- Good at time management
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality workmanship
