Get Readii Group are a Registered NDIS provider delivering essential services including daily living, community access, support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, and more.
We specialise in mental health and psychosocial disabilities, and require an experienced support coordinator to manage a workable caseload. There is also opportunity to increase your hours with aged care support coordination.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Coordinator (required)
- 2+ years experience in disability, mental health, or community services
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services or related
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Ability to work independently with reliable follow-through
- Willingness to grow with a dynamic and expanding team
Essential Requirements
- Blue Card / Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- QLD Driver’s Licence & own reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
The Role
As a Support Coordinator with Get Readii Group, you will work across Brisbane - including North Side, South Side, Ipswich and surrounding areas - supporting participants to build capacity, navigate supports, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
