Your key responsibilities:
Demonstrated understanding of historical and contemporary issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and subsequent health impacts.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and organisations.
Provide advice on the efficient and effective office practices within the Office of the Chief First Nations Health Officer (OCFNHO), including the provision of advice and recommendations on executive support processes and correspondence.
Role fit

Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively, and to work respectfully with First Nations people and organisations.
Detailed knowledge, or ability to acquire knowledge, of health services, medical terminology, patient flow management, healthcare delivery practices and data analysis.
Ability to support projects through all phases of the project life cycle, applying project management and change management methodologies.
