CAM CAN is a family led organisation providing individualised and tailored support to people with disabilities and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.
We are seeking experienced Support Workers to support a 25-year old Woman within her home and out in the community.
Supports will assist her with daily living activities such as her personal care routines, as well as assisting with her allied health appointments. The member enjoys a range of activities such as attending the gym, bowling, hydrotherapy, dancing, Zumba, wheelchair ice skating, walks in the park & music and is in her element in most social settings. We are hoping to have experienced and proactive support workers who can plan social outings with her to experience all that life has to offer.
We’re looking for people who will connect and engage well with the Member, their family and other people who are important to her, so great interpersonal skills are a must.

- Previous experience supporting people that have Down syndrome, Autism and communicate with signs or gestures is essential.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to increase their hours, including the potential to provide overnight support.
Before starting in the role, we do need you to:
- Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to get one.
- Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle.
