Join us as our Systems Manager – POS, to play a key role in optimising, governing and continually improving our SwiftPOS environment.
What can you expect from a day in this role?
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Commercial – Federal Hospitality, the Systems Manager - POS is responsible for the strategic ownership, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the SwiftPOS environment across the business.
This role partners closely with Operations and Finance to ensure the POS system enables efficient trading, accurate reporting, robust controls and scalable growth. The position leads a team of System Administrators and a System Project Coordinator, ensuring day to day system stability while driving system enhancements, upgrades and projects.
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll be an experienced Systems Manager focused on POS systems, who is excited to work with Tasmania’s largest private employer. You’ll bring experience and expertise in the following areas:
Project and Change Management, oversee POS related projects including system enhancements, integrations, rollouts, upgrades and new venue openings. Manage system change requests, testing, deployment and post implementation review. Ensure changes are well governed, documented and communicated to stakeholders.
You'll also bring tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems or related disciplines and strong Systems Management experience.
