PPA Supplements is a growing online supplement brand. We manage our order fulfilment in-house and are looking for an extra pair of hands to help us pack and dispatch orders when volumes pick up.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, easy-going Fulfilment Assistant to help with packing online orders in our office. This is a very casual, flexible role, perfect for someone who wants a few extra hours on the side at a good hourly rate.
There are no fixed shifts. When we need help, we’ll send you a text, if you’re available, you come in for a few hours and help us knock out orders.
You’ll be working as part of a small team of three. We keep things relaxed, organised, and friendly, it’s a fun environment, but we still take accuracy and efficiency seriously.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing customer orders using bubble wrap and packaging materials
- Labelling parcels correctly
- Fulfilling orders in our system (training provided)
- Making sure orders are packed neatly, safely, and accurately
- Working through orders efficiently alongside the team
The work is straightforward, repetitive, and easy to pick up.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work
- Able to follow simple processes
- Happy working in a small team
- Available at short notice when needed
No prior experience is required, full guidance is provided.
Work Arrangement
- Casual / Subcontract position
- Must have an ABN
- On-site work at our office
- Flexible hours (usually a few hours at a time)
- Shifts arranged via text message
- Ideal for students, part-time workers, or anyone wanting extra income - near Sydney university
Pay
- Competitive hourly rate
- Paid under subcontract arrangement
