You'll make an impact by:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring releases and projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations.
- Driving collaborative, iterative delivery practices that empower cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally while maintaining strong governance.
- Building trusted relationships with business leaders, technology teams and external fintech partners to coordinate delivery and achieve shared outcomes.
- Managing project planning, forecasting, risks, dependencies and financials, providing clear reporting and visibility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensuring releases are effectively governed, implemented and embedded into business-as-usual operations.
- Coaching and supporting delivery teams to foster accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices, processes and ways of working across the portfolio.
- Applying strong commercial and risk management disciplines to balance delivery outcomes with regulatory and governance requirements.

What you'll bring
You will bring extensive experience leading complex project or portfolio delivery within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
You'll also have:
- Significant experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives using Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and financial forecasting capability.
- Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong facilitation, communication and leadership skills that bring diverse teams together.
- Experience working within software delivery, systems implementation or digital transformation environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, with Agile, PRINCE2, MSP or similar certifications highly regarded.
