Vitality Support Care is hiring NDIS Support Workers!
We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced NDIS Support Workers with a valid Driver’s Licence to join our team.
Both male and female applicants are welcome to apply.
Position 1 – Hampton Park VIC
We are seeking a Support Worker to support a 14-year-old male participant who recently had an accident and currently requires assistance with mobility.
Shift details:
- Every Friday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
- The shift may be extended depending on the participant’s needs.
Support may include:
- Community participation
- In-home support
- Assistance with mobility and daily activities
- Providing companionship and encouragement
Position 2 – Bentleigh East VIC
We are also looking for a Support Worker to support a female participant in Bentleigh East.
Shift details:
- Every Thursday: 4 hours
- Every other Saturday: 4 hours
Support may include:
- Community participation
- In-home support
- Assistance with daily activities
- Social support and companionship
Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Previous NDIS or disability support experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
