About the opportunity
As an Aged Care Admissions and Agreements Administrator at Bolton Clarke, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate processing of agreements and contracts. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, maintain data integrity, and support compliance with industry regulations. Your role is key in delivering seamless admissions experience while meeting performance targets and staying updated on legislative changes.
Key activities:
- Maintain accurate client, clinical and billing records for 88 homes within a regulated environment.
- Review and analyse information to prepare resident agreements and update database records in a fast‑paced, high‑volume workflow.
- Process admissions, discharges and transfers using Epicor, NeRA, Microsoft CRM and internal systems.
- Monitor dashboards, prioritising tasks and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
- Deliver timely, accurate processing to support a smooth resident onboarding experience.
- Keep records up‑to‑date for audits, reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt quickly to changing systems, rules and legislation across the aged care sector.

- Skilled in high‑volume data entry across multiple systems with fast, accurate typing.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to follow detailed processes.
- Strong attention to detail with confidence identifying errors and inconsistencies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑focused, able to build positive internal stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and able to learn new software quickly.
- Able to work independently, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in admissions, contract administration, aged care, health, finance, legal admin or related fields is highly valued.
