We are seeking Kitchen Attendants to join our fantastic team. Based in the Production Kitchen, this role supports all catering operations, including food preparation and production. Kitchen Attendants also assist across our concession retail outlets and function areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation, production, and service of food
- Use practices that keep food safe and comply with the Australian New Zealand Food Standard Code
- Help maintain a safe and clean working environment

Food service experience is ideal but not essential. If you enjoy working as part of a team, have a passion for cooking quality food, and bring basic knife and food preparation skills, this could be the opportunity and introduction you’re looking for.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Prior food service experience (desirable)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knife handling and food preparation knowledge
- Passion for preparing and presenting quality food
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- The ability to work on a 24/7 roster around events and business operations
Successful applicants will require the following.
- Current National Police Clearance
