We are looking for a part-time nurse Enrolled Nurse to join our reputable, well-established mixed-billing medical clinic in Dandenong.
Harar Medical Centre is a busy, well-established family general practice located in Dandenong. We have established our reputation as one of the leading general practices in the area with a focus on providing high quality patient care. We do not believe in an in-and-out model of medicine. We mixed-bill to allow our doctors and nurse to take the time with their patients and provide the best care possible.
We have a regular loyal patient base with a diverse patient demographic and are a family-friendly clinic. We are fully computerised and accredited.
We are looking to grow our practice and are searching for someone who with shared values and a patient centred approach to join our dedicated team.
We are looking for a nurse to work part-time on weekdays.
Essential Criteria:
· Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA
· Current immunisation certificate
· Minimum of 1 year experience as a general practice nurse
· Demonstrate outstanding work ethic, organisational and time management skills
· Computer skills are essential
Beneficial experience but not mandatory:
· Experience with wound management, immunisations and assisting in procedures
· Experience with developing Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans
· Experience with Medical Director/Pracsoft
· 1 years+ General Practice nursing experience highly regarded
· Experience with minor procedures and treatment
· Strong clinical and academic skills associated with looking at the patient holistically
· Childhood immunisations
· ECG - technical skills
· The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
