About CORTO
We are CORTO, a cutting-edge software company dedicated to revolutionising the legal industry. Our mission is to empower legal practitioners with AI-driven solutions that streamline their workflow, boost productivity, and provide more efficient client service.
Our team of AI experts and engineers collaborate to develop intelligent software tailored to the unique needs of lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants.
Our innovative AI solutions automate routine tasks, simplify document management, and enhance decision-making, allowing legal professionals to focus on what they do best - providing expert legal counsel.
We're rapidly scaling from 80 to 150+ employees, with a highly technical workforce where around 90% of the team are developers and engineers. Working alongside our Sydney-based team of passionate high achievers, you'll join a fast-growing technology business where things rarely stay the same for long - and if you're smart, caring, and ambitious, you'll be in great company.
What you'll do
CORTO is building the next generation of AI-powered accounting tools for the legal industry, and we need an Escalations Analyst who can bridge technology and legal accounting. You'll sit at the frontline of AI-driven troubleshooting as we launch our new product, digging into logs and APIs to identify, analyse and resolve the issues that matter most to our customers (Lawyers).
To make this happen, you will:
-
You'll triage complex escalations, trace through system logic, work with APIs and logs, and collaborate with developers to drive resolution.
-
Work with developers to log bugs, test patches, and support product improvements.
-
Prioritise incidents based on impact.
-
Troubleshoot software integration problems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks).
-
Provide clear technical guidance to global helpdesk and support teams.
-
Participate in testing and validation of accounting modules in each release.
-
Identify recurring issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
What you'll bring
-
Strong background in software support, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
-
Experience with Postman and SumoLogic.
-
Prior experience with LEAP, Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks is an advantage!
-
Familiarity with session-based testing environments and debugging tools such as JIRA and Salesforce.
You are the type of person who
-
Has proactive mindset with sharp prioritisation and problem-solving instincts
-
Has excellent collaboration and communication skills - with teams and customers alike.
-
Asks why before jumping to how, and you don't stop until you've found the actual root cause
-
Has a great attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent service and a readiness to pick up a task, no matter how big or small.
