Apex Shine Cleaning Solutions is looking for an experienced, reliable cleaner to take on residential end of lease (bond) cleaning jobs. Most jobs are located in and around Bankstown. This is a subcontractor role - perfect as an add-on if you already run your own cleaning business and have spare capacity, or if you're an experienced cleaner ready to work independently.
About the role:
- Residential end of lease / bond cleans ONLY - no standard house cleans, no offices, no commercial
- Most jobs based in the Bankstown area (some surrounding suburbs may apply)
- Jobs allocated as they come in - workload varies week to week
- Work independently, manage your own schedule around job booking
What we pay:
- 2 bed / 1 bath: $250
- 3 bed / 2 bath: $300
- 4 bed / 3 bath : $500
*Other sizes priced accordingly based on scope
Requirements:
- Must have your own ABN (subcontractor arrangement)
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and products
- Previous experience with residential end of lease/bond cleaning is essential - you'll need to know real estate/agent standards and inspection checklists
- Reliable, thorough and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Own transport (required for travel around Bankstown and nearby suburbs)
