Project Coordinator
Green Life Windows and Doors is a leading Australian manufacturer of high-performance aluminium window and door systems. With continued growth across Australia, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Brisbane team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, windows and doors, manufacturing, or project coordination who enjoys working with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully. Candidates with extensive industry and project management experience may be considered for a Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from order confirmation through to design, production, delivery, and installation
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time
- Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers, installers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
- Organise site measures, installation schedules, and deliveries
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with quotations, cost estimates, and variation pricing
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with Australian standards and client requirements
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain accurate project records
- Coordinate after-sales service and resolve project-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in construction, windows and doors, manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software is highly regarded
- AutoCAD experience is an advantage
- Fluent English and Mandarin required;
- Valid Australian Driver Licence (required)
- Current White Card (required)
- Experience in estimating, customer service, or sales support is advantageous
- Carpenter, installer, or on-site construction experience is a plus
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturday site visits may be required to support installations and project delivery
- Advance notice will be provided when weekend work is required
