MACA are seeking a Contracts Advisor for a 6 month contract (options to extend) to provide effective management and administration of subcontract/supply packages to control spend and limit risk across Thiess & MACA Australia West projects.

Key result areas include:
- Assisted with tender and procurement activities, including coordinating supplier submissions and maintaining records.
- Supported the administration of subcontract, supply and consultancy agreements.
- Raised purchase orders and maintained procurement and contract information in JDE.
- Assisted with contract handovers and project documentation.
- Maintained contract registers, supplier records and filing systems.
- Provide project and procurement support, preparing procurement plans, assisting with JDE and Felix processes, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring consistent contract administration across projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
- Experience supporting procurement and contract administration activities, ideally within mining, construction or a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and company procedures.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience using JDE or similar systems for purchase orders, record keeping and general administration
