Purpose / Objective: The Admin Volunteer provides administrative support to the Welcome & Registration Team by responding to enquiries, reviewing and processing registration forms, corresponding with ASC clients and completing checklists to ensure compliance.
Commitment: Minimum 6 months (ongoing).
Days and hours required per week: One weekday per week, for 5 hours. Flexible day (working week).
Location: 43 Bedford Street, Newtown
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Welcome & Registration in the client registration and file closure processes
- Review Google Doc form responses and check data against documents provided
- Create new client files, upload data to CRM, conduct VEVO checks and close files.
- Liaise with ASC clients on signing consent forms, documents needed and their status with ASC.
- Process material aid requests.
- Monitoring and responding to queries in shared inboxes.
- Further administrative tasks as needed.
