Fleet Integrations is a fast paced fleet management and IVMS installation company.
We are looking for a Workshop Manager with the below experience.
Responsibilities:
- Management of fabrication staff ensuring safe work practices and methodology
- Draft efficient and cost effective fabrication maintenance plan for project works
- Ensure the above plan is implemented correctly by fabricators and machinists
- Manage stock counts on spares and parts
- Manage maintenance and breakdowns of workshop machinery or tools
- Mentor and train the workshop fabricators and machinists, implement continuous development incentivized training packages
- Maintain and manage staff workplace certifications, qualifications and licenses for all maintenance and fabrication staff
- Ensure a clean and orderly workshop in line with quality, health and safety standards and company policy
- Develop preventative maintenance strategies to boost efficiency and reduce down time
- Carry out scheduled services to workshop equipment including the forklift and company vehicles
- Develop an on call schedule for after hour repairs required
- Maintain the workshop tooling and equipment in the workshop
- Produce fabrication templates and drawings for telecommunications trailers required for the mining and oil and gas sectors
- Provide improvements and recommendations for cost effective and efficient trailer fabrication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,259.83 – $130,644.48 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yanchep WA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
