Join a workplace where you can be yourself, have fun & make a difference in little peoples lives!
Imagine walking into work and being greeted by familiar faces, plenty of laughter, a coffee brewing and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
That's us!
At our services, we believe great early childhood environments start with great teams. We don't just see our educators as employees filling a position - we get to know the people behind the role. We celebrate birthdays, remember the little things, have plenty of laughs, support each other through the busy days and genuinely value what each person brings to our team.
We are a close-knit, long-standing team where everyone contributes, everyone is supported and no one is expected to do it alone.
And while we love having fun, we take our work seriously. Both of our services are Exceeding-rated services, located within 7 minutes of each other, and are committed to high-quality practice, strong relationships and creating the best possible outcomes for children.
Most importantly, it's about the children.
At our services, children are at the centre of everything we do.
We want children to feel safe, secure, heard, respected and genuinely known by the educators who care for them. We value educators who get down on the floor, join in the play, follow children's interests and find the learning in the everyday moments.
We believe children deserve educators who are present, responsive and genuinely interested in who they are - not simply educators who complete the day's tasks.
We also believe that child safety is everyone's responsibility.
We're looking for you if...
You're a qualified Certificate III or Diploma educator with at least 6 months' early childhood experience who genuinely loves working with children and wants to be part of a team - not just a roster
You're someone who:
- Builds genuine relationships with children and families
- Takes pride in your work and your professional practice
- Enjoys sharing ideas and learning from others
- Is happy to jump in and help your teammates
- Brings energy and positivity to the workplace
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked
- Understands that being a great educator is also about being a great teammate
What makes us different?
- We know our educators as people. Your interests, personality, strengths and ideas matter to us.
- We genuinely have each other's backs. We work as a team, help each other out and celebrate each other's successes.
- We have fun at work. Coffees, lunches, birthdays, celebrations, Christmas events and even the occasional team-building weekend away are part of who we are.
- We look after our people. Three weeks' Christmas closure, additional staffing each day and dedicated time off the floor are just some of the ways we support our team.
- We value your voice. We want educators who contribute ideas, share knowledge and help shape our service.
- We have people who stay. Our team includes educators who have been with us for many years, and we think that says something about the environment we've created.
About the Role

- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

- Support children's wellbeing, development, independence and inclusion.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and engaging environment.
- Participate in professional learning and continuous improvement.

What you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an approved equivalent.

Most importantly, we want someone who will add to our team. We aren't looking for a perfect educator. We're looking for the right person - someone with their own personality, interests, strengths and ideas who wants to bring those things with them and become part of our team.
