We are now embarking on an exciting new phase in the company’s history, with the establishment of a Logistics Hub in Malaga. This significant investment is being made to support our future growth plans, with a need for improved systems, processes and people we feel are necessary to take our warehouse and inventory operations to the next level. This role is central to that effort.
The Warehouse Manager will take ownership of warehouse operations across our Malaga and Dalwallinu sites. This is a permanent, floor-present leadership role reporting to the General Manager of Logistics. You will be joining at a significant moment, as we are implementing a 12-month improvement program to transform the way our warehouse and inventory functions work, moving to real-time,system-based inventory control, and you will own that transition on the warehouse floor.
Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations in Malaga
- Maintain a safe, clean, well-organised warehouse environment at both sites.
Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy

Own inventory accuracy across all assigned locations, ensuring accurate data entry
- Implement a pick note process for all inventory movements
- Run a regular cycle count program, investigate discrepancies and manage any adjustments
Receiving, Dispatch & Documentation

Set up and manage designated receiving areas at Malaga and Dalwallinu.
- Drive the transition to digital proof-of-delivery once scheduling software is deployed
Systems & Process Improvement

Work with the Inventory & Supply Chain Transformation Manager to implement all recommended and agreed actions
- Lead the warehouse team's adoption of a new WMS with barcode scanning and RF scanner capability, and drive the reduction of manual processes
3PL & Consignment Stock

Manage all third-party logistics (3PL) relationships
Safety & Compliance

Ensure full WHS compliance at both sites working with WHS Manager
- Maintain WaterMark accreditation documentation requirements for all relevant stock movements
- 5+ years in warehouse management, inventory control or warehousing and distribution — manufacturing, industrial, resources or wholesale preferred.
- Proven people manager in a warehouse environment.
- Solid inventory control background
- 3PL management experience
- Multi-site or multi-location experience strongly preferred.
- ERP or inventory management system experience required. MYOB Exo experience ideal.
- Ideally with WMS, barcode scanning, RF scanner or bin location management experience.
- Understanding of BOMs and stock movement in a manufacturing environment.
- Current forklift licence and valid driver's licence for inter-site travel required.
- Floor-present; leading by example and not too senior to pick an order or unload a container.
- Strong process discipline; building and enforcing standard ways of working.
- High attention to detail
