We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and reporting of our diverse project portfolio in the Innovation, Science & Technology Program.
Working closely with the Innovation, Science & Technology Project Manager and a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of innovation across the organisation.
- Support the delivery of innovation, science and technology initiatives from concept through to implementation and handover.
- Assist in the development of project plans, roadmaps and business cases that support emerging technologies and strategic innovation priorities.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, risks and outcomes to ensure successful delivery and value for investment.
- Evaluate innovation opportunities and support feasibility assessments, business case development and project prioritisation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, industry, academia and government.
- Prepare project reports, presentations and governance documentation to support effective decision-making.
- Contribute to project governance, frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and innovation capability.
- Support portfolio management activities, ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Provide day-to-day project coordination and support to the broader Innovation & Improvement team.
