Due to continued growth across Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Perth Service Team.

The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll deliver high-quality service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a diverse portfolio of industrial refrigeration systems throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA as required.
We're looking for a proactive, safety-focused technician who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong customer relationships, and working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise customer downtime
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
What You'll Bring
Essential
Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent experience
Current ARC Licence
Current Restricted Electrical Licence
Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
Highly Regarded
Previous industrial refrigeration experience
Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems
Exposure to food manufacturing, cold storage, mining, or process cooling industries
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Flexible and team-oriented approach
