As the highly respected Director of C&K Birkdale South, you'll lead a welcoming and supportive environment where children, families and educators feel connected, valued and inspired to thrive. Through your authentic leadership, you'll nurture a positive team culture, support educators to grow professionally, champion inclusive practices, and foster a strong sense of belonging across the service and wider community.
Located alongside Birkdale South State School, this 4-room, 65-place service offers unique opportunities to build meaningful community connections ensuring every child, family and team member is supported to learn, contribute and flourish.
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Fulll-time: 40 hours per week with a monthly RDO
- Centre Operational Hours: 6:30am to 6:30pm

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experienced Nominated Supervisor highly desirable
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- Current Police Check
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
