Job Description:
We are a family-owned business seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfilment and Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders from both online and in-store purchases with precision and care.
- Shipping Operations: Generate and organize shipping labels for outgoing parcels.
- Parcel Delivery: Deliver packaged orders to the local Australia Post facility promptly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by reporting inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Customer Support: Occasionally assist with basic customer inquiries or in-store needs.
