NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centers. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team and play a vital role in supporting people living with mental illness and mental health disorders. In this rewarding position, you will deliver comprehensive, person-centred mental health services that are recovery-oriented, evidence-based, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for consumers. Working collaboratively with individuals, their families, nominated carers, and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide care that is respectful, inclusive, rehabilitative, and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
This role offers the opportunity to empower consumers to build resilience, strengthen self-advocacy, and maximise their independence and quality of life.
