About the role
As Child and Family Health Nursing Unit Manager, you’ll provide strong operational and clinical leadership across community child, family and paediatric nursing services, ensuring safe, high-quality and equitable care. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, drive evidence-based models of care, and support early intervention approaches that improve long-term outcomes.
We’re looking for an experienced, adaptable leader with deep clinical knowledge, a passion for child and family health, and a strong commitment to culturally safe care across diverse communities.
