The WHIN Coordinator (Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families across local school communities. Working autonomously within primary and secondary schools, the WHIN Coordinator uses specialist clinical expertise to identify health and social needs, coordinate early intervention, and connect students and families with the right services at the right time
