We are looking for an experienced people leader to take the reins of our Mackay branch, leading teams across Agriculture and Construction in one of Queensland's most important regional markets.
This is a significant leadership role for someone who understands agriculture, values strong customer relationships, loves developing people, and wants to build something special.

This is not just another Branch Manager position.
You will lead a dual-industry operation supporting customers across both Agriculture and Construction, with responsibility for Sales, Parts and Service. What we are looking for:
We are looking for a leader first and foremost.
Someone who can bring people together, create accountability, build capability, and inspire a team to achieve more than they thought possible.
You will ideally bring:
- Strong Agriculture industry experience
- Experience leading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations
- Commercial and business acumen, including budget and performance management
- A passion for people development, culture and leadership
- The ability to build trust with customers, team members and the local community
- A track record of delivering results while maintaining a positive, values-led culture
- A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front
Experience in agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships, construction, automotive, transport or related industries will be highly regarded
