We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations and lead our team on shift. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive service standards, support compliance requirements, and help create a positive and high-performing team culture.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of daily operations across the Tavern. You will lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across all areas, including bar, bistro and gaming.
Assist with the smooth running of day-to-day service operations
Lead and support team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service
Train and guide staff to uphold venue standards and procedures
Assist with rostering, stock management and compliance checks
Handle customer feedback with a professional and solution-focused approach
Ensure gaming areas, including TAB, Keno and pokies, operate within regulations
Promote a positive team culture through strong leadership and hands-on support
You are a confident hospitality professional with supervisory experience in a pub or tavern environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and lead by example to create a welcoming and compliant venue.
To be successful, you will need:
Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, ideally in a pub or tavern setting
Current RSA and RCG Certificates (Essential)
Full Driver’s Licence (Essential)
Understanding of gaming operations including TAB, Keno and pokies
Strong communication and leadership skills
A proactive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to work across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
