Retail Marketing & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us
Money Madness North Brisbane is a fast-growing discount warehouse specializing in Amazon returns, clearance stock, open-box products, and hidden bargain finds. Every week brings new stock, making every visit a treasure hunt for our customers.
We're looking for an energetic and reliable team member to assist with our retail operations, merchandising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide friendly customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions
- Unbox, inspect and price incoming stock
- Merchandise and organise displays to maximise sales
- Create attractive product displays and promotional areas
- Take photos and videos of products for social media
- Assist with creating promotional posters and marketing content
- Help manage weekly promotions and special events
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- General warehouse duties including lifting, moving and organising stock
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media (Instagram & Facebook)
- Creative eye for merchandising and product presentation
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
