About the Role
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:10pm
- 52 weeks per year, with four weeks annual leave
- Ideally commencing 20th July 2026
- Based at Wentworth Falls, NSW
- Salary in accordance with the NSW Independent Schools CMEA

We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised administrator to join our Senior School team. This is a diverse role that supports the day-to-day operations of Senior School Reception while also providing administrative support for the School’s Co-curricular Program, Work Experience Program, BMGS Archives and Kedumba Gallery. The successful applicant will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with students, staff, parents and visitors, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Senior School Reception, providing a helpful and welcoming first point of contact
- Respond to enquiries from students, parents, staff and visitors
- Manage student attendance and maintain accurate records across school systems
- Administer the School’s Co-curricular Program, including activity records, communications and attendance management
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the Work Experience Program
- Provide administrative support for examinations, special events and other Senior School activities
- Assist with mail distribution, supplies management and general office administration
- Provide administrative support for BMGS Archives and Kedumba Gallery
- Support the Head of Senior School, Business Manager and wider School community as required
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative, reception or customer service role
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- A positive, professional and team-oriented approach
- A genuine enthusiasm for administration and supporting others
- A current NSW Working With Children Check
- A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian work rights
