As the Club Manager of Snap Fitness Dubbo NSW, you will oversee the day‑to‑day management and operations of the club. This includes lead generation, sales, marketing, customer service, setting group fitness timetables, managing Personal Trainers, and building strong relationships with members and the local community. This full‑time role is essential in driving the success and growth of the club within the Dubbo area.
Snap Fitness Dubbo is also about to undergo an exciting renovation and upgrade, which will include the addition of a brand‑new Pilates studio. You will play a key role in leading the club through this transformation, launching the new offering, and maximising member engagement and growth during this period.
What you'll be doing
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure members have a positive experience at the club.
Drive sales through community and corporate outreach initiatives.
Create a motivating and collaborative work environment for the team.
Execute the club's budget and inventory levels.
Develop and execute marketing and member retention strategies to promote growth.
Ensure the club adheres to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements where needed.
Take pride in operating, selling, and promoting an outstanding fitness facility!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
