Managing, maintaining and optimising internal IT infrastructure
Installing, configuring and supporting our internal systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace and collaborative platforms such as Slack and Asana
Coordinating access to weekly online company meetings

Managing data storage including NAS drives and cloud storage

Providing technical support to staff and onboarding setup for new staff
Monitoring performance of computer systems and networks
Ensuring system security through preventive measures and regular maintenance
Communicating with external IT vendors and service providers
Assisting in the planning and implementation of IT projects
Optimizing our systems according to up-to-date technology and IT practices
Working in a collaborative team environment with high-level responsiveness

Our ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in IT systems administration, particularly with Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange
A strong understanding of computer network administration and installation
Excellent problem-solving, organisational and analytical skills
An ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with IT companies looking to scale up operations is preferred
