18–24 Hours Per Week | Pathway to Site Supervisor
Mamba Constructions is looking for a practical and motivated person to join our growing residential construction business.
We currently undertake maintenance and smaller construction works while growing into renovations, extensions and new homes.
This role could suit someone with:
- Construction or labouring experience
- A trade/construction background
- Carpentry experience
- Construction management, building or engineering studies with practical experience
The Role
- General construction and maintenance works
- Site inspections, photos and measurements
- Material pickups and ordering
- Assist with subcontractor coordination
- Basic scopes and site reporting
- Quality checks and job close-out
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is practical, reliable, thinks ahead and wants to learn.
You don't need management experience. We'll teach the right person our systems and progressively develop them into:
Construction Assistant → Leading Hand → Site Supervisor
Casual – approximately 18–24 hours per week, with flexibility around study/work commitments and potential for increased hours as the company grows.
