About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Northcote.
This role is community-based, working across participants' homes, schools and the community, built around where you live. You'll have hybrid access to our Northcote office. Open to full-time and part-time.
As a senior clinician, you'll take on a complex caseload alongside mentoring and supervision responsibilities for less experienced colleagues. You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside OT, Behaviour Support and other allied health disciplines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school and community settings
- Manage a complex caseload, including communication and mealtime/dysphagia presentations
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Provide mentoring, clinical supervision or support to junior colleagues
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Take part in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership, CPSP preferred
- Significant experience across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations
- Prior experience mentoring, supervising or supporting junior clinicians
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
