About the role
The Senior Solutions Architect is a senior technical role within the Solution Architecture function, responsible for designing robust, secure, and scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards and strategic direction.
You will partner closely with clinical, data, interoperability, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solution designs that enable both business and healthcare outcomes.
Key responsibilities

Lead solution architecture design for programs and projects across Digital & Technology

Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solutions

Conduct architecture assessments, impact analysis, and design reviews
-
Present designs to Architecture Review Board and ensure alignment to standards

Provide expert advice on emerging technologies, integration approaches, and solution design
-
Contribute to architecture standards, patterns, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
-
Mentor junior architects and contribute to a high-performing architecture practice
About you

Proven experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, integration, and cloud-based solutions
-
Experience designing solutions across diverse technologies and platforms
-
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR) highly regarded
-
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
-
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and planning capabilities
-
Experience within healthcare or regulated environments is highly desirable
