Service Delivery Coordinator
Transit Systems (Victoria) is on the hunt for a Service Delivery Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our services running safely, efficiently and reliably, through strong operational monitoring, communication, incident management and resource coordination, all while upholding company policy, contractual and safety requirements.

About You

Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holiday
Qualifications and Experience
-
Demonstrated experience in transport operations, logistics, service delivery or a similar operational environment

Sound understanding of safety, compliance and incident management principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems

Experience within public transport operations highly regarded
-
Background in emergency response or control centre environments advantageous

Knowledge of transport compliance and contractual performance requirements

Familiarity with GPS fleet monitoring, scheduling and operational control systems

Experience coordinating services across multiple operational locations
