About the role:
Marden Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position has become available after 9years due retirement. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and customer service experience to join a friendly, supportive, and dedicated team.

- Best Practice software experience is essential and required for this role

Scope of work, but not limited to:
- Appointment bookings
- Answering telephones
- Patient Billing, Receipting & lodgment to Medicare
- Scanning documents
- Emails
- Filing & archiving
- Banking reconciliation
- Assist in general clerical / administration tasks, as required
Essential selection criteria include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in similar administrative roles is required
- Proficient computer skills with prior experience using medical billing/appointment software
Full Australian working rights essential
Current Working with Children check
