What will you do:
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service.
- Take customer orders and process POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with food and drink service during busy periods.
- Keep tables, service areas and the restaurant clean and presentable.
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
What do you need:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork.
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- RSA Certificate
