Internal Duties
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Support the development and execution of digital and print marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Execute and monitor marketing initiatives across e-newsletters, blogs, social media, websites, and print publications.
- Expand social media presence and generate leads through content-driven engagement.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as ClickDimensions, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
Graphic Design & Brand Management
- Design visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital ads.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Support UX/UI projects with wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final interface designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and integrate them into deliverables.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, press releases, and proposals.
- Collaborate on award nominations, case studies, grant proposals, and official communications.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone, style, and voice.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across major social media channels.
- Monitor social channels for trends, engagement, and customer interactions.
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate editorial schedules.
Web & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update company websites (WordPress and Squarespace).
- Optimise content for SEO and implement digital best practices.
- Ensure a strong and consistent online presence through strategic planning.
Project Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing materials on time and on budget.
- Support company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Document and photograph events; edit and organise images for marketing use.
- Manage internal communications, content distribution, and asset storage.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field, and/or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with WordPress and Squarespace CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta for Business, LinkedIn Analytics, ClickDimensions).
- Strong SEO knowledge and understanding of digital marketing best practices.
- Background in UX/UI design, including wireframing and prototyping.
- Ability to create content for various formats (blogs, proposals, newsletters, social media).
