As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the face of our club—meeting new people every day, building relationships, conducting tours, following up enquiries, and helping prospective members find the membership that best suits their goals. You'll also play a key role in growing our online presence by creating engaging content that showcases our members, club culture, promotions, and community across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated individual who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a sales-focused environment. Every day is different, with responsibilities including:
- Welcoming members and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Conducting club tours and converting enquiries into memberships
- Following up leads via phone, SMS, email, and social media
- Processing memberships and member enquiries
- Supporting member retention through excellent service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional club environment
- Assisting with local marketing and community outreach
- Creating, filming, and posting engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Appearing on camera in Reels, TikToks, Stories, and promotional videos to showcase the club and connect with our community
- Keeping up with social media trends and bringing fresh content ideas to help grow the club's online presence
- Working towards individual and club sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Confidence speaking with people face-to-face, over the phone, and on camera
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
