Location: NSW/VIC/SA/WA
More than 4 years of experience and proven ability to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for multiple device types like:
- Desktop Devices, which include desktop PCs, engineering workstations, trader workstations, terminals, dedicated Azure Virtual Desktops etc
- Mobile Devices, which include iPhone/Android smartphones, tablets, laptops PCs, portable network devices, smartphones, and embedded devices, etc
- Customer owned and Bring Your Own Device
Strong Experience in:
- SCCM, Intune, & Windows OS Patching & Upgrades
- Provisioning, remote monitoring, and configuration of EUC devices as per the standard policies and procedures of customer EUC Environment
- Backup and restoration of EUC devices
- Configuration & Maintenance of EUC Asset details in customer ITSM tool
- Resolve Incidents, Service Requests, & Problems in EUC Devices and relevant software
- Desktop & Laptop OS basic config & troubleshooting, MS Office 365 basic configuration & troubleshooting, Active Directory basic config & troubleshooting
- Managing complete lifecycle of Incidents & Service Requests as per SLAs
- Ability to work in high pressure environment with multi-tasking and positive attitude
- Working with third-party Vendors to identify resolutions of Incidents & Problems
- ITSM Tools like Remedy & ServiceNow
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Willing to relocate to remote/regional areas in VIC, NSW, SA or WA as required.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
