Project Administrator
Full Time
$85,000 p.a. salary
Roles and responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage end to end Formbay workflows, including job setup, submission tracking, issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely project progression.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Energex related processes, providing support for general and commercial applications, managing enquiries and handling complex or escalated cases to maintain project efficiency.
- Develop, document and improve administrative and project related procedures, ensuring clear, consistent processes that support smooth project delivery.
- Provide operational support to the wider administrative team, including training, customer facing assistance and resolving office related administrative issues as they arise.
- Manage onsite resources at the Brisbane office, including coordination of warehouse cleanliness, waste management and monthly stocktake activities to ensure accurate project material control
- Support commercial project delivery, including stock coordination, scheduling, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to keep project milestones on track
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and high service standards across all project phases.
- Provide oversight and coordination of installation teams, acting as a key point of contact for site-related enquiries and proactively addressing issues that could impact project timelines
- Assist senior management with development, rollout and continuous improvement of organisational policies and procedures, contributing to overall operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- AQF or equivalent qualification in Project Management
- Experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of Formbay and Energex platforms
- Team leadership and management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to problem solve and think critically to make decisions that best suit the needs of the business
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
