☕ EXPERIENCED BARISTA – BREAKFAST LAUNCH
Tio Tapas is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team as we prepare to launch breakfast service.
We’re looking for someone who knows their coffee, works confidently in a fast-paced environment and can help us build a strong morning trade from the ground up.
The role will involve:
- High-quality coffee preparation and consistent presentation
- Setting up and running morning coffee service
- Helping establish efficient breakfast service procedures
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Working closely with our kitchen and management team as we develop our breakfast offering
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced barista with strong coffee-making skills
- Confident working independently and managing a busy coffee station
- Reliable, energetic and organised
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of café/breakfast service
- Available for early morning and weekend shifts
This is a great opportunity for an experienced barista who wants to be involved in launching something new and have genuine input into how our breakfast service develops.
Casual or permanent hours available for the right person.
