Are you a motivated and results driven automotive professional with industry experience? Put your experience and organisational skills to work with Perth Trade Parts! We’re seeking a Parts Interpreter who’s ready to make an impact.
In this role, you’ll be an important part of our trusted Parts team—responsible for issuing parts quickly and accurately to retail customers, as well as managing phone queries and orders with a friendly, professional approach.
Role:

Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required

Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models

Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery

Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external

Maintain stock levels, manage orders and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow

Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts-related inquiries promptly

Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted

Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures

Regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Operations Manager

Monitoring sales revenue, margin, and expense performance, initiating corrective action where required
You:
Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with parts inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is essential
